The team was accompanied by the Project Manager and some technical staffs from CA during one of their monitoring visits to the project site. The team from both countries were amazed about the level of work done and showed interest in the PAVE technology. Some of the community members especially women, who were present at the time of visit indicated that, the technology would save them time from travelling miles away to fetch water to irrigate their crops. The IDE officials’ visit to the PAVE site, provided them with a firsthand look at the challenges and opportunities in agriculture within the landscape.

Through further engagements with the team, officials from both countries recognized the need for the wide scale implementation of technology to other communities in Northern Ghana and even beyond Ghana. They appreciated the team for the good job done and acknowledged that, they look forward to collaborating with CA in improving agricultural production within the landscape.
